  • Authentication Details: Your name, email address, and profile picture via Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google Sign-In)

  • Company and Role Data: Company association, assigned roles (Owner, Manager, Staff, etc.)

 

b. Device and Usage Data

 

  • IP address, device type, operating system, crash logs, and analytics (via Firebase)

 

c. Product and Inventory Data

 

  • Any data you enter manually or upload in bulk (e.g., product names, stock levels, warehouse locations, pricing, GST details)

 

d. Camera Access (if used)

 

  • For barcode scanning only. We do not store or share camera data.

 

e. Notification Tokens

 

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you push notifications. These are device-specific and not used for tracking.

 

 

2. How We Use Your Information

 

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate and manage user access

  • Store and sync product and inventory data

  • Send push notifications (e.g., stock alerts, approval requests)

  • Improve app functionality and performance

  • Maintain audit logs and support issue resolution

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Used for authentication, database, messaging, and analytics

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights

  • Firestore access is controlled via role-based security rules

  • Sensitive actions are logged with timestamps and user identifiers
